Front garden
Tetrapanax papifera
Bamboo
Hydrangea sargentii

Black-leaved Ceanothus with pale blue flowers

Rosa x odorata

Two kinds of this type of rose, which both bloom most of the year and so give long pleasure, even if their flowers are not so tidy.  Bengal Crimson is a vivid red, which I have placed in front of my kitchen door, so that it is very visible.  Mutabilis, as its name suggests, changes colour all the time.  The pics I have posted here were all taken on the same plant at the same time.
